Cottiers Theater is a 19th-century church now converted into a theater, bar, and fabulous restaurant. It was yet another rainy overcast day in Glasgow, so we ate inside what most likely was the former rectory. To my delight, it was very dog friendly and I became besties with a very sweet Aussie shepherd named Morgan. Oh, and the food was INSANELY delicious.
